Information in your enquiry
The form collects the contact person’s name, email and selected service. You can provide a company name, telephone, shipment direction, collection and delivery locations, temperature, data logger requirement, dimensions, weight, dates, urgency and customs assistance. Dry ice enquiries include quantity and preferred date. We use these details to clarify the service and respond with an individual quote.
Do not send medical information
Do not submit patient names, diagnoses, test results or other personal medical information through the general form. It is intended for business contacts and logistics requirements. There is no file upload or online payment facility.
Handling your enquiry
Submitted information is sent by email to info@der-kurier.bg and derkurierbg@gmail.com. The form does not create a customer account or retain a separate enquiry record in the website database. Our team processes the email and subsequent correspondence in connection with your enquiry.
Purposes and legal bases
We process enquiries to prepare quotes and provide services, including pre-contractual steps. For communication with an organisation’s representative, our legitimate interest is to respond to the business enquiry. Applicable legal obligations provide a separate basis for the relevant records.
Technical information
The hosting service processes technical information on access, including IP address and request details, to serve the website and support maintenance and security. Images, fonts and essential resources are served locally. The Contact page has no embedded map.
Cookies and language choice
When you select a language manually, dk_language_preference stores only bg, en or de for 180 days. It remembers your language preference and is not used for advertising. Without a saved preference, browser language settings are used. You can delete cookies in your browser settings. Signing in to the administration area also uses necessary authentication cookies.
Recipients and service providers
Information is accessible to staff handling your enquiry and to hosting and email providers. For an instructed service, necessary information may be shared with logistics partners, subcontractors and our customs broker; competent authorities receive information where legally required. Email handling includes a Google service. We do not claim that all provider operations take place exclusively in the EU; contact us for information about a specific processing activity.
Retention
Retention depends on the purpose: handling the enquiry, subsequent business correspondence, providing an instructed service, applicable statutory periods and the establishment or defence of legal claims. Sending an enquiry alone does not justify indefinite retention. You can ask us about a specific record and the retention period that applies.
Your rights
Subject to legal conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability and object to processing. You may complain to Bulgaria’s Commission for Personal Data Protection: https://cpdp.bg/.
Security and scope
