We provide local transport at +2°C to +8°C, +15°C to +25°C and on dry ice according to the material and route. The required temperature and packaging are agreed before arrival. A temperature data logger can be included on request for monitoring and documentation. We are available 24/7/365 to coordinate your shipment.

From arrival to delivery.

1. Pre-arrival preparation

   You share the transport details, material, packaging and recipient information. We agree delivery requirements and the arrangements for document review.

2. Cargo release and documents

   We arrange cargo-terminal release and customs clearance where required. Our broker establishes the applicable procedure from the shipment details and documents.

3. Delivery to the recipient

   We arrange transport and agree the delivery window with the receiving team. Delivery confirmation is provided to you after handover.

Cargo release and customs activities remain subject to the procedures and opening hours of the relevant external institutions.
