The sample determines the transport conditions

Before collection, we confirm the type of samples, required temperature, packaging and handover arrangements. The sender provides the material requirements and applicable accompanying documents.

From trial site to laboratory and recipient

We coordinate collections and deliveries between clinical sites, laboratories and designated addresses across Bulgaria. For international shipments, local transport is coordinated with onward shipping or receipt from an overseas partner.

Temperature and traceability

Depending on the sample requirements, we organise transport at +2°C to +8°C, +15°C to +25°C or with dry ice. Temperature recording and documentation with a data logger are available on request. Timing, packaging and the laboratory receiving window are agreed before collection.

What we confirm before collection

• Collection and delivery addresses and contacts
• Material type, packaging and temperature requirements
• Number of packages, dimensions and approximate weight
• Preferred date, handover window and urgency

Do not include patient names or personal medical information in the general enquiry form.
