Coordination with your study team

We agree collection and handover arrangements with the sending and receiving teams. Collection is planned around the trial site schedule and the requirements of the clinical materials.

Transport planned around the materials

We organise transport at +2°C to +8°C and +15°C to +25°C, and with dry ice for suitable frozen materials. Packaging is selected to suit the route and expected transport duration. Temperature monitoring and documentation with a data logger are available on request.

Within Bulgaria and internationally

We collect from and deliver to addresses nationwide. For international shipments, we coordinate onward transport and delivery with logistics partners. Where required, we arrange customs clearance through our customs broker.

What we confirm before collection

• Collection and delivery addresses and contacts
• Material type, packaging and temperature requirements
• Number of packages, dimensions and approximate weight
• Preferred date, handover window and urgency

Do not include patient names or personal medical information in the general enquiry form.
