For international medical shipments, pharmaceuticals and clinical materials, we coordinate the necessary customs support. Our customs broker confirms the applicable procedure and documents required.

Cargo terminal release and customs clearance

Release of a shipment from the airport cargo terminal is separate from customs clearance. For inbound shipments, we organise collection from the terminal, customs formalities where required and delivery to the designated recipient in Bulgaria.

Documents and transport planning

Please specify the contents, origin and destination countries, available transport and accompanying documents, delivery address and temperature requirements. Procedures are subject to the requirements and opening hours of the relevant authorities.

What we confirm before collection

• Collection and delivery addresses and contacts
• Material type, packaging and temperature requirements
• Number of packages, dimensions and approximate weight
• Preferred date, handover window and urgency

Do not include patient names or personal medical information in the general enquiry form.
