To the address and back

We organise delivery of clinical materials to a designated address and collection from that address. Routing and the recipient are defined for the individual study. Where required, local transport is coordinated with a laboratory or international partner.

Clear logistics communication

Contacts, timing and handover confirmation are agreed in advance. The general enquiry form is for logistics requirements: do not include patient names, diagnoses or other personal medical information.

What we confirm before collection

• Collection and delivery addresses and contacts
• Material type, packaging and temperature requirements
• Number of packages, dimensions and approximate weight
• Preferred date, handover window and urgency
