    Clinical trial logistics

    We collect and deliver clinical materials and samples between clinical trial sites, laboratories and recipients across Bulgaria. We also coordinate outbound and inbound international shipments. Transport at +2°C to +8°C or +15°C to +25°C is available according to the material’s requirements, with packaging, timing and documentation agreed with the responsible teams.

    Biological sample transport

    We transport laboratory and research samples to the recipient. The material’s transport requirements determine the packaging, temperature range and handling of the shipment. We provide refrigerated transport at +2°C to +8°C and controlled room-temperature transport at +15°C to +25°C where appropriate.

    Temperature-controlled transport

    We provide transport at +2°C to +8°C, +15°C to +25°C and on dry ice according to the material and route. A temperature data logger can be included on request to record conditions during transport for monitoring and documentation. Packaging and transport arrangements are agreed before collection.

    Delivery of clinical trial materials to the patient’s address and collection of prepared shipments for transport to a laboratory or clinical trial site. We work with the responsible study team on preparation, appointment times and handover (DTP/DFP). The service does not include medical procedures or patient transport.

    We offer ready-made standard thermal packaging systems certified to an international standard for +2°C to +8°C, +15°C to +25°C and dry ice shipments. The appropriate system is selected for the material, dimensions and route. Specific characteristics and documentation are agreed for the selected packaging before an order is placed.

    We supply dry ice to customers using their own transport as well as our logistics services. You can enquire about dry ice independently, without booking a DER KURIER courier service. We agree the required quantity, preferred date and intended use. For transport of frozen materials on dry ice, select temperature-controlled transport.

    Customs clearance & representation

    We coordinate customs representation and clearance through our customs broker for international medical, pharmaceutical and clinical trial shipments where required. The broker reviews the documents and the applicable import or export procedure.
